So it turns out that I don't have Mono. I went back to the doctor today because my heart keeps racing when I do anything besides sit on the couch. They put me on a heart monitor for 24 hrs to see what's going on. I still have all the same symptoms; feeling faint, heart racing, fatigue, no energy. I just hope that they figure it out fairly soon, I'm almost to the point where I can't function. Kinda like when I was on strict bedrest when I was pregnant with Connor and I had a two year old to take care of.....ya, doesn't quite work to well. Hope you all are doing well, be blessed.

I had simular symptoms about 15 years ago. That's when I discovered "chromium picolinate" and added it to my diet. I did not have to dake it very long. Here is what one weblite says:
Why do I need to know about
chromium picolinate?
Your body depends on essential nutrients to stay healthy, like calcium for strong bones, iron for rich blood—and chromium for a healthy metabolism.
But many Americans don’t get enough chromium from their diets. And what little you do get from food can be difficult for your body to absorb.
That’s why chromium picolinate is important.
Chromium picolinate—that is, chromium combined with picolinic acid—is a highly absorbed form of chromium. A daily supplement of chromium picolinate is the most effective way to get the chromium you need.
What can chromium picolinate do for me?
Chromium is essential for a healthy metabolism, especially as you get older. If you aren’t getting enough chromium, you’re likely to feel run down or have trouble keeping weight off.
Taking chromium picolinate daily can result in significant health benefits, like:
* Increased energy
* Improved weight control
* Better carbohydrate metabolism

Have you had a sleep study done you may have sleep apnea. Although I don't believe that heart racing is a synptom of sleep apnea. Or it could be a thyroid issue.
Maybe your are thinking of Ryan, LOL seriously I'm glad you are seeking profesional help in this matter.
